Cancellations must be notified to the company no later than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment to be considered for a refund. You must provide the company with a written form of communication with your attempt to cancel your service request. If you cancel within 48hours of your scheduled appointment, you forfeit your rights to receive a refund.

All sessions are considered professional work environments and should be treated as such. Clients are subject to legal action with any harm caused to company employees or equipment.
